By accepting the Terms and Conditions of this website, users hereby consent to their data being collected and processed by a computer and automatically authorise the inclusion of their data in an appropriate database, and for their data to be stored for as long as is necessary. Personal data provided by users may be used for any one of various purposes, such as those described in our "Cookies policy". LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Francisco Ferreira de Lima is not liable for bodily injury or property damage as a result of (but not limited to): physical exertion for which a guest is not prepared; forces of nature; travel by plane, train, auto, boat or other conveyance, or by bicycle, horseback, foot or other forms of active or adventure travel; consumption of alcoholic beverages; civil unrest; terrorism; breakdown of equipment; high altitude; lack of or limited access to medical attention in remote locations; and the adequacy of medical attention once provided. Is also not liable for: expenses (e.g., meals, transportation or hotel costs) not specified as included in the tour cost, but which may be required to get to or from a tour start or end. We reserve the right to make route and hotel modifications as necessary to improve the tour’s quality or to accommodate the comfort and well-being of our guests.
In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to a Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity.

PAYMENT POLICIES
Payment for 1-day or half-day tours must be made through the means available on the website www.bikepackingportugal.com
For tours lasting 2 days or more:
- There will be a payment for a reservation in the amount of 200€ for toursof 2 to 3 days and 400€ for tours/tours of longer duration.
- The total payment for the tour must be settled up to 60 days in advance of the start date of the tour.
- Payment must be made by bank transfer to the IBAN indicated in the e-mail exchanged between Bikepacking Portugal and the participant/client, which will contain details of the preparation and organization of the scheduled tour. ​
CANCELLATION POLICIES
For participant/client cancellations:
> The participant/client must send his intention to cancel in writing by registered letter to the official address of Bikepacking Portugal or by e-mail:

> For 1-day or half-day tours, there is no refund, as these can be booked just 48 hours in advance.
> For tours lasting 2 days or more, Bikepacking Portugal reserves the right to proceed as follows:
- Full refunds, deducting only an administrative service fee of €100, for cancellations with written notice (registered letter or e-mail) greater than 60 days from the start date of the tour.
- Reimbursement of 50% of the tour value for cancellations with written notice (registered letter or e-mail) between 60 and 30 days in advance of the start date of the tour.
- There are no refunds for cancellations with less than 30 days notice for the start date of the tour.
